Building Your Opt-In List - Part III

Hope you're doing just great today, and that you're ready to move right along building your opt-in lists even further! Today we have another way to build your opt-in list quicker.
Last week I told you about 2 free list-building services:

Both of these services use a system called co-registration, or co-reg for short. This just means people signing up for other lists or services are also given a chance to sign up for your list. These are valuable leads because subscribers already know what your e-zine is about, and have specifically signed up to receive YOUR e-zine or e-course.
This is a key issue. Too many e-mail marketers get burned buying leads that are untargeted. Even if these untargeted leads are legitimate, i.e. not harvested from web sites etc, the people have filled in a generic form asking for general information about making money online - they've probably never heard of you or your list.
So even if they don't report you for spamming them, they still don't have a specific interest in YOUR list, in what YOU have to say - you're starting with a totally cold list. Yes, you will convert some to faithfull readers and buyers, but not nearly as high a percentage as with a warm list who chose YOU and YOUR LIST specifically...
The problem is, co-reg lists tend to be pricey - from 50¢ to $1.25 per lead and more, depending on the supplier. With a well-wrtten newsletter or e-zine it's still worth it, but it takes more time to recoup your investment, and requires more upfront to get going in the first place. There IS a solution, though...
